2017 — NID Furniture Design Workshop

National Institute of Design (Furniture Design Dept.)

First collaborative workshop with NID students; 12 customized GFRC furniture pieces designed and developed.

Showcased at RAW Collaborative exhibition. One piece won 2nd Prize at ELLE Deco International Design Awards 2017. 

2017 - Summer Winter School (SWS)

CEPT University

15-day intensive workshop; students developed 5 prototype products using GFRC and precast technologies.
One product (Mobile Vendor Cart) registered as a Design/IP, reported as CEPT University's first registered design IP.

2018 - Summer Winter School - Concrete Technology Workshop

CEPT University

15-day crash course; students developed 5 innovative furniture prototypes.
Products exhibited at CEPT's December Festival.

2019 - Architecture Workshop - "Exploring Concrete"

Indus University, Department of Architecture

Hands-on workshop on the design potential, engineering characteristics, and architectural applications of concrete/GFRC.
Knowledge-sharing with future architects and designers.

2019 - Technical Session - Construction Technology and Future Opportunities

Nirma University, Department of Civil Engineering 

Technical session for civil engineering students on precast systems, GFRC applications, and future opportunities.
Industry-academia collaboration; promoting advanced construction technologies among future engineers.

2019-2025 - Concrete Studio

CEPT University (Annual Studio Programme, 7 years)

14-credit academic studio (within 20-credit semester) on advanced concrete materials, product innovation, and prototyping. ~14-15 formulations developed annually; ~100+ material innovations/prototypes over 7 years.
2x CEPT Excellence Award (competing against 150+ studios annually). Multiple student projects submitted for Design/IP registration. Newspaper coverage of student work.

2024 - Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)

Gujarat Technological University (GTU)

Formal MoU covering industry-academia collaboration, research in advanced concrete materials, product innovation, workshops/seminars, internships, and technology transfer.
Formalizes collaboration with one of Gujarat's leading technical universities.
