Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Timelines We ship across India. Estimated delivery times:

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
• Remote/rural areas: 7–12 business days

Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, volume, and delivery location of your order. Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified threshold — check our website for current offers.

Heavy & Bulky Items Concrete and construction materials are heavy and may require special freight handling. For large or bulk orders, our team will contact you to arrange delivery logistics and confirm any additional freight charges before dispatch.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nikunj@concreteshop.in. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
