Installation requires a prepared, level, and stable load-bearing substrate capable of supporting the full planter footprint without subsidence. Proper alignment and uniform support are essential to prevent localized pressure points that could compromise the material integrity over time. Any damage incurred through improper handling, inadequate substrate preparation, or non-compliant installation procedures remains the sole responsibility of the installer and falls outside the manufacturer’s liability.
