A corporate headquarters has to project stability and ambition at once. At Mahalaxmi Exports, that balance is carried entirely through the rhythm of its façade.

Tall V-shaped GFRC fins run the full height of the building, repeated across every floor without interruption, casting deep shadow lines that shift as the sun moves across the day. The fins are structural in appearance and disciplined in execution each one identical in profile and projection, so the elevation reads as continuous vertical rhythm rather than a stacked assembly of floors.

At the building's centre, that rhythm opens up. A recessed vertical shaft breaks through the mass, framed by the same fin system, holding a sequence of planted balconies that step upward through the structure. Greenery threads through the concrete and steel, softening the building's scale and giving the façade a living counterpoint to its geometry landscape and structure resolved as one continuous design move, not two separate additions.

Set against warm terracotta-brick sections at the base and between fin bands, the building's material palette stays restrained: concrete, brick, and glass, each doing exactly what it needs to and nothing more.
