A facade built on a single tone and finish can read as flat from a distance, no matter how well detailed it is up close. For this project in Vadodara, the brief moved in the opposite direction a GFRC Allure elevation composed across a mix of colours and textures, so the facade carries visual variation as part of its structure rather than as an applied surface treatment.

Working with mixed tones and finishes in a cast material is a coordination problem before it's a design one. Each colour and texture variant has to be produced to the same panel tolerances as a single-tone facade, so that when the different modules are assembled together, the joints between them read as intentional pattern rather than inconsistency. GFRC Allure's cast process allowed that consistency to hold across every variant, giving the design team a controlled palette to compose with rather than a set of materials that might behave unpredictably once installed side by side.

The result is an elevation with more depth than a monochrome facade typically offers light catches the varied textures differently across the surface, and the mix of tones breaks the building's mass into a more layered, considered read from the street, without relying on applied colour or paint to do that work.
