A classical facade lives or dies on the sharpness of its detail the cornice line, the column fluting, the mouldings that give a flat wall its sense of order. At New Priti Jewellers, that vocabulary is built entirely in GFRC: a projecting cornice, a quilted diamond-textured panel across the upper storefront, and a colonnaded portico framing the entrance, all cast rather than hand-finished on site.
Classical detailing is unforgiving of inconsistency a moulding profile that varies even slightly along its run reads immediately as imprecise. Casting each element in GFRC meant the cornice, the column capitals, and the repeating diamond texture could be produced to a fixed profile and repeated across the elevation without the drift that plasterwork accumulates over a long facade. The columns supporting the entrance canopy carry that same logic forward, giving the portico the crispness of carved stone at a fraction of the weight.
The smooth white finish lets every line do its job under direct sun cornice shadows read clearly, the diamond texture catches light without competing with the gold signage above it, and the columns hold their form as the day's light shifts around them. The result is a facade that speaks in a classical register with contemporary precision, built for a jewellery brand that wanted permanence to be the first impression, not an afterthought.
